Public Cloud rõ ràng đã trở thành một lựa chọn hàng đầu cho các công ty vừa và nhỏ để triển khai các ứng dụng lên trên đó nhờ tính giãn nở linh hoạt cho hạ tầng CNTT. Tận dụng đặc điểm này giúp ta có thể dễ dàng kiểm soát tăng – giảm tài nguyên hệ thống để đáp ứng khối lượng workload cũng như chi phí sao cho phù hợp.

Lựa chọn thứ hai là Private Cloud (on-premises hoặc được host tại bên thứ ba), thường linh hoạt hơn và cung cấp khả năng kiểm soát tuyệt vời cũng như các tùy chỉnh được cải thiện để đáp ứng nhu cầu kinh doanh riêng của doanh nghiệp. Private Cloud có thể mang lại giá trị đáng kể cho doanh nghiệp nhờ “tổng chi phí sở hữu (TCO)” thấp hơn so với loại hình Public Cloud. Bởi vậy, trong các năm vừa qua chúng ta đã chứng kiến nhiều sự chuyển dịch từ Public sang Private Cloud để tối ưu chi phí.

Kiến trúc Hybrid Cloud – Hybrid Cloud là gì?

Gartner định nghĩa Hybrid Cloud (Hybrid Cloud) là một chuỗi các hoạt động cung cấp, sử dụng và quản lý dịch vụ policy-based kết hợp trên cả 2 loại hình Public lẫn Private Cloud. Nói một cách đơn giản, kiến trúc Hybrid Cloud kết hợp nhiều ưu điểm của cả giải pháp Public và Private Cloud. Bằng cách tích hợp quản lý, điều phối và tự động hóa trên nhiều môi trường, Hybrid Cloud kết nối một hoặc nhiều dịch vụ đám mây công cộng cũng như các trung tâm dữ liệu và hypervisor lại thành một mặt phẳng điều khiển tập trung duy nhất.

Trong các Hybrid Cloud hiện đại, điều trọng tâm là miền cung cấp pipeline và các quy trình tự động có thể hoạt động giống nhau một cách độc lập với endpoint đám mây.

Hybrid Cloud hoạt động theo cách tương tự như các tùy chọn đám mây công cộng và riêng truyền thống cung cấp. Các locations có thể được kết nối thông qua các lớp mạng chuyên dụng hoặc lớp mạng ảo, đặc biệt nó có thể tận dụng khả năng từ các worker nodes phân tán để tạo kết nối logic vào một mặt phẳng điều khiển trung tâm.

Tổ chức Gartner đã thực hiện rất nhiều nghiên cứu để xác định “không gian” này. Thuật ngữ Cloud-Native được sử dụng theo nhiều cách khác nhau, điều này có thể làm tăng thêm sự bối rối cho đội ngũ IT nhưng đồng thời giúp phổ biến hơn các dịch vụ CSP (hoặc hyperscale) native PaaS và các công nghệ container-native như Kubernetes.

Hybrid Cloud là xu hướng không thể tránh khỏi?

Đối với hầu hết các doanh nghiệp, Hybrid Cloud là một điều tất yếu hơn là một chiến lược. Phương pháp quản lý kiến trúc Hybrid Cloud nào phù hợp với bạn?
